Good to know in Texas
- Glass is normally covered under the comprehensive part of a policy. Liability-only policies don’t cover your own glass.
- Texas has no law that makes glass claims deductible-free. Some insurers offer “full glass” coverage as an option, so check whether your policy has it.
- Texas law lets you choose who repairs your car. If your insurer suggests another shop, you can still ask for ElitePro.
- How a claim affects your premium depends on your insurer, so it’s worth asking your agent.

Do you handle insurance claims for windshield replacements?
Yes! We work with all major insurance providers and help coordinate your glass claim from start to finish. Windshield damage from rocks and similar incidents is typically covered under comprehensive insurance, subject to your policy and deductible.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. ElitePro Glass Solutions carries general liability insurance for added peace of mind. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
How long does a windshield replacement take?
Most standard replacements take about 60–90 minutes for installation. Calibration, specialty vehicles, and the adhesive’s required setting time can add to your appointment. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe and let you know when it’s safe to drive.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our services are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If you notice an issue related to our installation, contact us so we can inspect it and address any covered concerns. New damage and normal wear are not covered.
